With a deep passion for all things related to people, my expertise spans employee engagement, executive search and assessment, leadership, and organizational culture. I thrive on projects that connect these areas, bringing a unique blend of advisory skills and project management to the table. As a board member, I am committed to enhancing corporate governance maturity and educating future board members, with a strong focus on increasing female representation at all organizational levels.

My career is built on 12 years of corporate experience in business consulting, PR, sales, and marketing within the Technology sector, complemented by 12 years in the start-up/scale-up ecosystem. A career highlight was playing a pivotal role in securing one of Europe’s largest ICT outsourcing deals, which involved building a consortium from scratch to a robust organization of over 300 employees and contractors. This experience honed my skills in outsourcing, solution selling, and integrating diverse company cultures.

As the Director of Communications, I leveraged this experience during the merger of Telindus into Proximus, further solidifying my expertise in organizational integration and communication. Co-founding Herculean Alliance allowed me to lead employee experience projects across 10 countries, where I empirically validated my theoretical knowledge, specializing in the drivers of employee engagement, leadership solutions, and organizational culture. My mission is to strengthen organizations from within by developing stronger leaders and solving the challenges of disengaged employees in hybrid working environments.

This journey led me to Stanton Chase Dubai, where I serve as a partner in the Technology and Professional Services Practice and actively contribute to the International Stanton Chase DEIB Practice Group. In 2024, I was honored to be named among the 50 under 50 in the Middle East and Africa by the Female Founders Institute and UN Women.

I'm also a Board member at BeNeLux Business Council and part of the Advisory Board of Argentum Law.
